The present sales terms explain the contractual relations between TATTOO-STICKER and the customer (private or professional).
The purchase of any good or service on www.tattoo-sticker.com site implies total acceptation of the present sales terms.
TATTOO-STICKER can change its sales terms anytime. The applicable sales terms are the ones at the date of the purchase and a copy is sent with the order confirmation.
Goods and services
TATTOO-STICKER’s goods and services are the ones on the catalog at www.tattoo-sticker.com while stock lasts.
The pictures are the closest possible to reality but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product sent, specifically for the colors.
Pricing
The prices on the catalog are VAT prices in euros. TATTOO-STICKER can change its price any time but the applicable price is the one on the date of the purchase.
The product price does not include shipping.
Shipping
The parcels are sent within 48h after payment. Standard shipping is postal mail.
The shipping fees include packaging, handling and postal charges. They are free for any order over 15€.

The delivery is made at the delivery adress mentionned in the delivery note.
The risks are those of the buyer from the moment the parcel leaves TATTOO-STICKER headquarters. If the parcel is damaged during transport, the buyer must inform the transport company.
The delivery delay is given as an indication ; if the delay is longer than 30 days , the sales contract will be broken and the buyer refunded.
Orders
The customer who is willing to buy any good or service to TATTOO STICKER will need to :
- Fill the identification form with his coordinates
- Confirm his order
- Make payment through one of our means of payment
The confirmation of your order implies total acceptance of these sales terms.
TATTOO STICKER will send an email to confirm the order.
Recantation
The buyer has a recantation right of 14 days from the delivery date. During this time he can send the goods back and ask for a replacement or refund. The buyer will have to send back the goods in perfect condition and packaging to : TATTOO-STICKER 2 Chemin de la Bernière 59134 Le Maisnil. The buyer will pay the return fees.
The customer who wishes to return a product will warn TATTOO-STICKER within the 14 days legal delay by sending an email to contact@tattoo-sticker.com. The customer service will send the instructions to the buyer who will send the goods back within 7 days after the customer service response. No refund will be made for custom tattoos.
Retention of title
The goods ordered on the website of TATTOO-STICKER stay full property of TATTOO-STICKER until full payment.
Payment terms
Payment shall be made at the time of the order.
Payment will be made by credit card through our the secured system. All our payment means use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocole ; information is crypted.
Payment can also be made through bank wire. The order will be validated as soon as TATTOO-STICKER has the funds on the bank account.
Guarantee
All TATTOO-STICKER products are guaranteed ; if the goods do not comply with the order, the buyer will inform TATTOO-STICKER and exchange or refund will be made.
Liability
TATTOO-STICKER has a best effort undertaking but his liability cannot be engaged for any damage caused using his website.
